Environmental legislative acts

The Environment Agency operates according to several legislative acts:

• Act no. 21/1993 regarding supply of and access to environmental information
• Act no. 64/1994 on hunting and control of birds and wild mammals
• Act no. 7/1998 on hygenic and pollution control (12.03.1998)
• Act no. 52/1998 concerning toxic and hazardous substances (18.05.1988)
• Act no. 44/1999 on nature conservation  (01.07.1999).
